At Lifted KC and Lifted DFW, our mission is to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health, provide accessible resources and support, and promote open conversations to empower men to prioritize their mental well-being and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Lifted KC is focused on creating spaces that encourage a holistic approach to healing. Being mindful of the many challenges men face, along with the stigmas of what strength looks like, we are here to advocate for the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well being of our men, youth included.
